Kagoshima Prefecture, a hidden production area
Although it is not well known, Kagoshima Prefecture's agricultural output is the second largest in Japan after Hokkaido.
The warm climate and rich Kuroboku soil give us a rich variety of Minori.
Our farm is located in the middle of Osumi Peninsula, the peninsula on the left side of Kagoshima Prefecture.
The fluffy and soft black soil and the temperature difference of nearly 20 degrees produce high quality and delicious vegetables.
